Help Zatoka UKR Opti sailing team to continue

Hi, my name is Gintare,

 

I'm a sailor and I live in Italy. Yesterday our sailing club welcomed the Ukrainian sailing team and now they are getting ready for the Centenary regatta. Circolo Vela Torbole is helping them with the housing and club hospitality during this race. Unfortunately they can not go back home after it and their financial support is running out. There is nobody from Ukrain to help them at this moment.

I kindly ask sailors, friends and people who like sport and know how important is for kids to have their dreams and goals alive, lets help them today. Little help from you today can change their future for good. My goal is to help these kids continue sailing for the rest of this season.

All the support will be used for food, gas and housing of the team during the next months.

 

Team has 8 sailors for now and more kids are trying to cross the border of Ukrain at the moment and will join the coach Pavlo Dontsov, as they have nowhere else to go. Pavlo would like to help more kids possible to continue sailing and distract them from the disaster happening in their country. For now they have a van with a trailer and their boats. Most kids are from Odessa region and some from Kyiv.

I'm a Lithuanian sailing coach, living in Italy for 12 years. I'm a friend of Pavlo and the team, I know them for some years. I created this because they could not organise it by themselve, not having an account in EU. I promise, that all donations I receive will be transfered to a coach Pavlo Dontsov and team leader Madonich Viacheslav ukrainian accounts. They are taking care of the kids 24/24 now and they need our help.
