<div>Aloha kākou, my name is Melonee "Uʻi" Ahuna. I never imagined I’d be walking this road. After months of unexplained symptoms and weeks of testing, <strong>I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Marginal Zone Lymphoma</strong>, a rare form of non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma.

<div>Although considered slow-growing, this type of cancer still requires immediate and focused treatment. <strong>I am preparing to undergo four cycles of chemotherapy and immunotherapy to fight this disease.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>Because of how I respond to medications and my medical history, my treatment plan will require constant support. My wonderful husband, Isaac, will be staying home on FMLA (Family Medical Leave of Absence) to care for me throughout this process so that I can rest, recover, and remain safe as my body endures these infusions and side effects.

<div><strong>What the Funds Will Support</strong>

<div>This fundraiser was created to help ease the financial burden of this unexpected diagnosis and treatment. <strong>Funds will help cover:</strong>
