<div>My name is Daniel Phelan and I’m reaching out today on behalf of someone who has endured more hardship in one lifetime than anyone should ever have to face.

<div><strong>Trey Baldwin—a young man many of you know or have crossed paths with—has just been diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and begins chemotherapy on November 13th.</strong> Treatment will force him to stop working immediately, leaving him without the ability to cover even the most basic living expenses.

<div>We are setting an initial goal of <strong>$15,000 to help Trey get through these first critical months of treatment.</strong> He will also be applying for every form of state and federal assistance available, but those processes take time—and right now, he needs immediate support for food, transportation to chemo, dog food for his rescue companion, and the enormous co-pays and deductibles his insurance will not fully cover.

<div>In moments like these, I truly believe community service and charitable giving begin at home—supporting the people right in front of us—then radiating outward. If you’re in a position to redirect some of your charitable giving this season, I ask that you consider directing it toward Trey.
