Hi! Today makes day 7 of Tracy Thomas being in the hospital. We are still unsure of when she will be getting out. She's still in a lot of pain, and we are still waiting for some answers. She went last Friday night to the emergency room over stomach pain and running a high fever. When she got there, they quickly realized that she was septic. She was diagnosed with being septic, having colitis, and her blood pressure was running low. She has been in a lot of pain this entire time, along with being delirious from the colitis. They had not been giving her the medicine to help with her IIH the first few days without us realizing, which may have caused cerebrospinal fluid to build up in her head and spine worse than it normally does. So we are waiting to see if we need to transfer her or make a trip once she's out of this hospital to her neurologist in Winston Salem. She's having a super rough time, and we are just waiting and doing lots of praying. We would appreciate any thoughts and prayers that you can send her way! Any money raised will go directly to her and the family for medical bills and prescriptions.
