<div>Hello everyone, my name is Hailey and I'm one of four children by the beloved <strong>Tonya Morris</strong>. Unfortunately, she was recently diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and is having a mastectomy on Tuesday, Sept 16, 2025. My mom is the strongest woman I know and has raised all 4 of us kids all on her own! As 3 of us have moved out and are on our own, my youngest brother just started his freshman year in high school, so as you could imagine, it's going to be a rough couple of months.

<div>As of right now, insurance is not covering short-term disability. And unfortunately, to be honest, financially she already struggles while working a full-time job. With some help from family and friends, I'm hoping we can cover the costs of rent, medical expenses, gas, and food/necessities while she's recovering. <strong>We won't know until after surgery if she will need chemo and/or radiation; we're hopeful the surgery will do the job but won't know until afterwards!</strong> If not needed, after she's recovered, she will be having reconstruction surgery done!
