On March 30th, tragedy struck Tony D'Aiuto, a dedicated army veteran, when he was involved in a rollover semi accident on I-10 in Tallahassee. Known for his unwavering commitment to helping others, Tony has been an integral part of this community since he was just ten years old. His beloved truck, a semi that many locals have seen proudly showcased at military parades, was not only a vehicle, but a labor of love, and also his retirement plan. After years of passionately working on aircraft, Tony envisioned using his truck to transport planes and remain connected to the aviation world he adored.

The accident left Tony with severe injuries, including a broken scapula in two places, staples in his head, and a bruised lung. These injuries, coupled with mounting bills, have placed a significant financial burden on him. The damage to his truck is another heavy blow, as it represents the culmination of his hard work and aspirations for the future. For Tony, this truck was more than just a truck; it was a symbol of hope and purpose in his retirement years.

Throughout his life, Tony has always been there for others. From his high school days at Marathon High to his extensive contributions following Hurricane Irma, he organized the distribution of supplies to those in need, donating his time, equipment, and resources.
