<div>Tina has been courageously battling Polycystic Kidney Disease since 2005. Over the years, the condition has slowly progressed, and in August of last year, she received life-altering news: she needs a kidney transplant to survive.

<div>After countless doctor visits, tests, and long, exhausting months of dialysis, there is finally a glimmer of hope — a match has been found. And not just any donor — one of her loving older brothers has stepped forward to give her the gift of life.

<div>While this is amazing news, the road ahead is still filled with challenges. Both Tina and her husband, Robert, will need to take 8 to 12 weeks off work during the transplant and recovery process. Unfortunately, Tina has no paid time off available, and Robert has only three weeks saved.

<div>This puts a huge financial burden on their household — just when they need to focus on healing and recovery.
