Support Tim Link's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
This is Tim Link. He is a local contractor, known by many for his outstanding work, ambition and drive throughout the Hudson Valley. On August 12th he sustained a life changing injury. After falling from a significant height, his lumbar vertebrae (L3) exploded with fragments in the spinal canal. This required a 15" incision, 6 hour surgery and placement of rods and screws. He's able to move his legs, but recovery will be a long and slow process. Eventually, he hopes to be back to work and enjoy the things he loves; fishing, hunting, playing poker, visiting with friends and family and participating in the community. Last year he helped with the christmas trees at Germantown's WinterGlow. He and his crew were slated to do some renovations at The Roe-Jan park on Dale's Bridge Road this autumn. He's always available to lend a hand with the Germantown Parks Commission and area events. If you can make a contribution to help cover out of pocket medical and unknown expenses, it would be greatly appreciated. He is rather a humble man and it's not his nature to ask for help. Thank you in advance.
