<div>From the warm shores of Grenada to the Paris 2024 Olympics, Tilly Collymore at only 16 years old has swum her way into history as the next Grenadian Olympian competing this summer representing Grenada! . This remarkable young athlete recently shattered a significant barrier at this year’s World Championships, becoming the first woman from the Eastern Caribbean to clock under 59.50 seconds in the 100m freestyle, with a groundbreaking time of 59.19 seconds. This record-breaking performance has not only positioned Tilly as the fastest ever in the region but also marked her as a beacon of hope and pride for the country.

<div>Training in Grenada’s Sailfish Swim Club, Tilly has mastered the waters swimming only in a modest 4-lane, 25-yard pool—a stark contrast to the facilities available to many of her international competitors. Despite these limitations, Tilly’s unwavering dedication and resilience shine through. She rises before dawn, balancing rigorous training sessions with her academic responsibilities, where she excels as a straight-A student.

<div>Behind every great athlete is a support system that believes in their potential. Tilly’s parents have been her backbone, sacrificing to ensure she has the opportunities to chase her dreams. Unfortunately, they face the heart-wrenching reality of not being able to afford the trip to Paris to watch their daughter compete on the world’s most prestigious sporting platform.

</div>
<div>This is where you come in. Your support can bridge the gap. Funds raised will cover Tilly’s training expenses, competitive equipment and suits, travel costs, and ensure her parents can be there to continue thier undying love and support in Paris. This journey is about more than just sports; it’s about lifting up a dedicated, inspiring young woman who has never let obstacles stop her from achieving her goals and dreams.

<div>Let’s help her make waves, not just in the pool, but in the hearts of everyone she inspires along the way.
