<div>This is Tiffany Bixby, my girlfriend of 9 years, and our 8-year-old daughter, Aubrey. After basically living in the hospital for the better part of the last two months, and doctors being hopeful she would recover with new chemo treatments, we received word today that she now has 4 to 6 months to live. She suffers from stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and the disease is resistant to treatment. There's nothing they can do for her and they have ceased treatment, especially given her current physical state. All they're willing to do is make her as comfortable as possible and recommend hospice care.
