 ⭐ Who Thomas Little Is — The Man Behind the Fight
</div>

 Before cancer entered his life, Thomas spent nearly three decades serving and protecting the people of Mississippi.
</div>

 He is a retired Master Sergeant with the Mississippi Highway Patrol, serving 28½ years with honor and dedication:

 After retiring in 2022, Thomas continued serving his community as the Director of Works for the town of Sumrall, Mississippi, where he still works full time when his health allows.

 He has been a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church since 1996 and is the proud father of Ty, Tate, and Trace Little.

 In the midst of battling cancer, Thomas married the love of his life, Michelle, on September 8, 2024 — a moment of joy and hope during the hardest chapter of his life.

 ⭐ Thomas’s Medical Journey
</div>
<div>
 The Diagnosis
</div>
<div>
 On August 29, 2023, a routine colonoscopy revealed stage 3 rectal cancer. Thomas immediately began a strict anticancer diet while waiting for genetic testing on his tumor — testing that took six weeks to return, but did not give the information needed to show the best chemotherapy options for Thomas.
</div>
<div>
 The Standard Protocol His Body Couldn’t Survive
</div>
<div>
 Every surgeon and oncologist across Mississippi, Jackson, and UAB recommended the same aggressive plan:
</div>
<div>
 6 weeks of radiation
</div>
<div>
 Simultaneous chemotherapy (FOLFOX or CAPEOX)
</div>
<div>
 High-risk rectal surgery with a strong likelihood of a permanent ostomy
</div>
<div>
 More chemotherapy afterward

 Thomas wanted to avoid radiation and chemo due to the tumor’s location and the high risk of permanent complications. But every major center insisted this was the only option.

 He chose CAPEOX — the regimen with slightly fewer severe side effects — and began radiation on December 14, 2023.
</div>
<div>
 Within days, he developed severe diarrhea, nausea, and rapid weight loss. By February 2024, chemotherapy began — and his body immediately crashed.
</div>

 He experienced:

 Cold sensitivity so severe he couldn’t touch refrigerated items
</div>

 White, blood-deprived fingers and toes
</div>

 Even after dose reductions, his body was shutting down. By mid-March, Thomas had dropped from 265 lbs to 150 lbs and could barely walk or eat.

 UAB told him these were “normal side effects” and urged him to continue.
</div>
<div>
 He couldn’t. Continuing would have killed him.
</div>
<div>
 The Natural Healing That Worked
</div>

 Thomas found a naturopathic oncology specialist in Kentucky and began an intensive healing protocol including detoxification, therapeutic diet, hyperbaric therapy, acupuncture, vitamin C infusions, rife machine protocols, targeted supplements, and immune-supportive treatments.
