Theresa is a hard-working NY state certified special education preschool teacher who is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2023 she purchased her own home (a single-wide trailer) so that she would have space to foster children in need. She has been supporting kids in the foster system ever since. Theresa does everything in her power to accommodate kids who need a safe and loving place to call home for an overnight, or forever. In addition to the four children Theresa has living with her, she also cares for her mother who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Being the caretaker to so many on a teacher’s salary is financially challenging, and that’s where we can help. Theresa and her kids are in need of a bigger home.
