We are the White family, and right now, we’re facing the toughest season of our lives.
Our 22-year-old son, Donny, has been undergoing dialysis since September due to kidney failure. He's exhausted most days and only able to work one day a week as we search for a living donor and pray for a match that will give him a new chance at life.
While navigating the emotional and financial toll of Donny’s health journey, our family was dealt another blow. Two months ago, my husband Bobby, age 39, was diagnosed with valvular heart disease caused by a restricted valve. He’s scheduled for open-heart surgery on May 13th, where one of his valves will be replaced with a mechanical one. This life-saving surgery means he’ll be on blood thinners for the rest of his life, and until then, he’s on very limited activity.
We are doing everything we can to care for our family and keep things going, but the medical bills and frequent hospital trips to Morgantown are taking a heavy toll.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will help cover medical expenses, travel costs, and allow us to focus on healing and hope for the future.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for your support, prayers, and kindness.
