<div>On Saturday, August 30th, our beloved teacher, <strong>Mrs. Cerita Warren</strong> (née Miller), and her husband of 44 years, Mr. Ayon Warren, returned home from church to an unthinkable sight — their family home of 39 years engulfed in flames.

<div>For decades, the Warrens have been pillars of the Port Antonio community — the kind of couple every neighborhood is blessed to have: kind, giving, and always ready to serve. Their home was more than a dwelling; it was a place of love, mentorship, and support for all who entered.

<div>Mrs. Warren, a dedicated science teacher at<strong> Titchfield High Schoo</strong>l for over 40 years, shaped generations of students with her knowledge, discipline, and compassion. She wasn’t just a teacher — she was a mentor, a mother figure, and a lifelong source of encouragement. Many of her students credit her with inspiring their success long after leaving the classroom.

<div><strong>Mr. Warren</strong>, himself a former teacher and long-time technician at Courts Jamaica Limited, has always been a quiet helper — repairing electronics, fixing small appliances, and extending a hand to anyone in need. His generosity and skill earned the respect and gratitude of everyone around him.

<div>Together, the Warrens have faithfully served at the <strong>Port Antonio</strong> <strong>Seventh-day Adventist Church</strong>, giving their time and talents in ministry and community outreach. Their lives have been defined by service — to God, to education, and to others. But now, they are the ones in need.
</div>

</div>
<div>The tragic fire on August 30, 2025, consumed not only most of their home but also the <strong>rental apartments</strong> on their property — their main source of income in retirement. In a matter of hours, they lost everything they had worked a lifetime to build: their home, their livelihood, their belongings, their cherished memories, and their peace of mind.

<div>As retirees, starting over feels nearly impossible. But we can help them rise again.

<div>This is our chance — as former students, friends, and community members — to give back to two people who have given so much of themselves to others. <strong>Every contribution</strong>, no matter how small, will go directly toward rebuilding their home and helping them regain stability and comfort.
