Honoring the Legacy of Gertrude “Trudi” Alagero

As we approach the anniversary of September 11th, I am organizing donations for the Gertrude “Trudi” Alagero Scholarship Fund, established to honor the memory of Trudi, a beloved friend, sister, and active community member who tragically lost her life in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.

Trudi was a 1982 graduate of Saugus High School and earned her degree from Providence College in 1986. She was known for her vibrant spirit, kindness, and dedication to others. At the time of her passing, she served as a Senior Vice President at Marsh Private Client Services and was engaged to be married.

To make contributing more accessible and to eliminate administrative fees, donations can be made via Venmo. Your support ensures that Trudi's legacy lives on, providing opportunities for students to achieve their educational goals.
