Founded in 2016, Treedome Productions started as a group of friends with a passion for music seeking an outlet for creativity. With a small team, we set out to make Treedome the first DIY community arts organization in the region, focused on supporting local art through photography, videography, booking, design, and promotion. Moving from the back of a record shop to a warm studio space in downtown Winona, Minnesota in 2018, we've been lucky to work with dozens of local artists and support events around the region. We were responsible for the first Shut Down Third Street
in 2018, welcoming locals to the streets filled with artists and musicians. While we stay busy supporting artists in 2019, we need your support to make the studio even stronger.B R A N C H O U T W I T H U SSome things we're proud of & people we love to supportGRANTS

Let’s be honest, artists #hate talking about money, and we are one of them. After surviving our first year of being a storefront, we are looking to thrive. How do you support the local arts scene in Winona?
Do you show up to a Thursday night show, a daytime record sale, or a free block party? No matter what you choose to attend, every event has its cost, and as much as we would love for our art to cover those costs, we aren’t quite there yet.
We’re not aspiring artists — we are established artists who need some help with day to day essentials in order to keep our location 1) a Free venue
for events such as Mid West Music Fest 2) an intimate singer-songwriter stage
3) Video shoot heaven, 4) one of the only record shops
in Winona. This includes having awesome sponsors of Shut Down Third Street
, an arts and culture block party in downtown Winona.
Your support immediately intends to :
- Cover rent/equipment costs
for 3 months while we're busy working on Shut Down Third Street
Your support in the long run:
- Create regular hours
including building careers in the studio. All those who currently work for Treedome maintain other full-time jobs—we'd like to be able to show you the studio everyday.
- Pay more artists
— nothing could be more important to us than giving artists what they need at the rate they need it, and we want to be able to give them what they deserve. We can't thank you enough,
other than by producing the very best we can for a community so close to our hearts <3 We have big plans for growing our space, and it starts with your support. To get to work with us or Sponsor Shut Down
