The staff of The Sycamore Kitchen are facing a sudden and heartbreaking transition. Since opening in 2012, the restaurant has been more than just a workplace for its employees. For some team members, it has been home for over a decade. Now, because of the economic climate and the hardships of running a business, The Sycamore Kitchen will be closing on Sunday. With very little notice, the staff will suddenly be without work and without the steady income they rely on.

This fundraiser is for the employees of The Sycamore Kitchen who are now trying to navigate the immediate loss of their jobs. Donations will help them pay bills, support their families, and get through this difficult period while they search for their next steps. These are the people who have shown up day after day for 14 years with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality, not because they had to, but because they truly love creating that experience for their guests. Please know that every dollar raised through this fundraiser will go directly to the staff. The owners will not receive any portion of these funds. If The Sycamore Kitchen has ever made someone feel welcomed, cared for, or at home, please consider giving and sharing this fundraiser. This is a meaningful chance for the community to show appreciation and give support back to the team that has given so much of themselves each and every day.
