Petras family

Jen Petras, daughter, mother, friend, colleague and educator passed away unexpectedly on December 11, 2017.  Jen moved from Ohio to North Carolina to join our Buncombe County Schools family as a Digital Learning Facilitator.   Jen called this her "dream job" and enthusiastically helped everyone around her. Due to her short time employed with us, Jen was not eligible for death benefits.  We would like to raise enough money in this campaign to cover the funeral expenses and all costs associated with bringing Jen and her possessions home to Ohio.
