Support The People's Biblium Subscription Library

What is the People's Biblium of the Philosopher's Interior Intellectual Society, and what is its objective? To say it is a mere library is but half true. The purpose of this subscription-based institution is to eventually cultivate a society (meant here as in members of the organisation) of scholars, intellectuals, philosophers, theorists, scientists, and generally anybody who takes pleasure in reading and thinking. First, the Biblium's check-out service will be made functional (owing to COVID), but as soon as practicable, I hope to open the physical People's Biblium to its fine citizens (the title of subscribers).

The funds from this campaign shall have three primary uses: I. to acquire works for the Biblium, II. to renovate the physical location/existence of the People's Biblium, III. to subsidise check-out mailing until COVID has ended. I, People's Chairman of the People's Biblium and Grand Master of the Philosopher's Interior Intellectual Society, am currently looking for a house to purchase for the library residence (which shall be payed for from my own pocket, not from the Fundraiser). Interior commodities such as bookshelves, paintings, chairs, busts, tables, flooring, coffee/tea bars, lighting etc may all of the like be expected to derive in some part from the Fundraiser.

What are the rights and responsibilities one can look forward to by joining the People's Biblium? There are four tiers with three separate rates available. Each tier has a set access for checking out books (higher tier=rarer books), and can check out one more book at a time than the tier below it. From lowest to highest:
   -Resident Rates; $10 Monthly, $50 Half-Yearly, $80 Yearly, access to p-backs
   -Citizen Rates; $12 Monthy, $62 Half-Yearly, $104 Yearly, access to H-covers
-Active Citizen Rates: $16 Monthly, $90 Half-Yearly, $170 Yearly, Value books
-Friend of the People: $300 Yearly, access to rare books, seat on the Estates-Council of Esteemed Citizens, right to petition via this body either the Central Committee or the People's Chairman, and may be called to vote in an Estates-Resolve (a referendum) by the Central Committee regarding a subject/issue/proposal etc.
All members of the People's Biblium must be addressed by their proper title, which they shall also be referred by in official documents. All discourse must be of a civil, respectable nature regardless of title or stature. Thirteen Central Committee seats can be purchased for $1000 for a term of 5 years.

The People's Biblium has the potential to become a glorious organisation; one part of an enlarged intellectual society. However, only through a dedicated community can these enlightened dreams be realised. Already are there plans to expand the People's Biblium to encompass a reading club and a discussion room. Together, there is no end to the wonders held before us, and Though our Number may be Small; our Thought Proves ever Great.
