Support The Nameless' Quarterly Goal

The Nameless provides services in St. Thomas, Ontario, to individuals experiencing homelessness and precarious housing impacted by mental illness and addiction, during times when local service providers are closed. Volunteers are engaged in proactive, street-level outreach, in an effort to both bridge the service provision gap, and to provide quick response to situations. This outreach includes education and assistance in harm reduction, distribution of food and harm reduction equipment, sharps clean up, access to personal care items and clothing, and in-community referrals.

Your donations will be used in the following ways:

- maintenance of various funds established at local small businesses, providing free walk-in services for our participants - including haircuts through Saint T's and meals through Farmer's Kitchen
- rent for our storage and office space, providing a safe, climate-controlled place to store donated goods  and allowing us to take in more, bulkier items like coats
- maintenance of a shift cell phone, for use by people we meet on outreach, and to provide a contact method during off-hours
- printing costs for awareness materials, such as flyers and cards

Donations in excess of our expenses will be held in reserve, in anticipation of some of our longer term goals. One such goal is a vehicle, both for donation pick-up and to expand our service area into more rural spots.
