Unite members from the property services department at St Mungo's are on indefinite strike action against a campaign of bullying and intimidation by senior management. Unite members attempted to resolve this internally by raising a grievance. Management responded by suspending the Unite rep.
Across St Mungos half the Unite reps face some form of formal HR process and 68% of respondents to a Unite survey said that they had suffered bullying from senior managers.
Please donate to help support our members in their campaign against bullying and intimidation.
