<div>On Saturday, November 22nd, our family experienced a devastating house fire that took our home and all of our belongings. The fire started outside, right next to where our daughter was sitting. With no smoke or warning, a passerby alerted us just in time. We escaped with our children and our dog, but sadly, Morgan’s support bearded dragon did not survive. Within minutes, the entire home was engulfed.

<div>This tragedy came only 11 days after losing my mother-in-law, making the loss of her home especially heartbreaking. This was my husband and children’s family home.

<div>Despite everything, we have been surrounded by incredible love—neighbors giving us shoes, friends bringing sweaters and essentials, coworkers and strangers donating clothes, toiletries, and financial help. We are so grateful for every act of kindness.

</div>

<div>We are starting from scratch, but we are grateful to be alive and to have the support of our community. We are currently looking for temporary housing but will need to purchase everything from the kids beds, dressers, holiday presents, cooking essentials, basic living essentials like towels, etc. so anything is greatly appreciated and we are extremely grateful for all the love, support, and may prayers.
