Support The Lorelei Inn!

For close to 40 years the Lorelei Inn in Allouez, WI, has served the local community with great German food, a fabulous selection of craft beers and of course, gemutlichkeit. It first opened in the 20’s but Leonard and Marilyn Hack bought the German establishment back in 1983. Today, it’s run by their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Lorelei has been a community favorite for years and has supported the Allouez and surrounding communities with fundraisers through its annual Oktoberfest. To date, the Lorelei has raised approximately $50,000 that it has distributed right back to the community to local non-profits. Now, the Lorelei could use some community support.

We, friends of the family and patrons, have decided to create this fundraiser on behalf of the Lorelei Family (the families were not involved in the creation of this fundraiser).  Even in the best of times it can be difficult to survive as a small business and now they face an even more uncertain future. Even though the restaurant remains open, it is under greatly restricted conditions limiting business activities. The road to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic will be long and we need to continue to support this community institution. They could use our help.
