Support the Lombardi Family's Recovery Journey

Hi, my name is Silvia Lombardi, I live in Bergen County, NJ with my husband Christopher and my 3 young children.

Our life changed from one day to the next after my husband was on his way to work early morning when a vehicle crashed him from the rear causing him a TBI and cervical problems and leaving him injured. This injury occurred in June of 2022.

Prior to this he was the sole provider for our family, his job was an Independent Carpenter and my life was as a Mom homeschooling our 3 boys (now 14,12,and 9), but everything changed after the accident, We were using our savings, and trying to survive day by day, and some friends and family were helping us as well, however we have come to the end of finances and reaching out for help.

My husband is attending various therapies for his TBI ( Traumatic Brain Injury) neurological and cervical, things are not easy in our every day life after the accident, his recovery is slow and somethings seemd not to be improving over time.

All of this has caused me also to go through personal health issues, affecting myself and my children with emotional distress; and adding more to my daily load, making every day more of a challenge.

Therefore we are reaching out to the community to help us to stay afloat, not to lose our home, to pay bills, food, medical expenses, etc. I cannot do it anymore.
