<div>Please help in a time of need for an amazing family. Meet the Jerrells - Liz and her husband Ryan, pictured with their now 10-year-old daughter, Emily. These beautiful people have very recently been through extensive physical and financial hardships.

<div>Over the last year, Ryan's health has drastically deteriorated due to what doctors believe are the effects of a spinal cord injury that did not heal properly. With severe issues where his heart would skip beats and almost stop, he has been diagnosed with Prolonged QT Syndrome amongst a slew of secondary diagnoses.

<div>They have navigated numerous emergency ambulance rides, hospitalizations, and the financial effects of a lot of hospital debt their insurance provider does not cover. Not to mention dental debt, as Ryan has lost numerous teeth due to the side effects of a necessary medication.

<div>Not that this was already enough, but the Jerrells have recently had a tree from the neighboring abandoned lot fall onto their garage. Because the property was abandoned, their insurance will not cover the repairs. Liz was also surprised to find her car had been stolen shortly after that. They are continuing to try and maintain their home with numerous other repairs needed. Liz continues to work full-time while trying to often navigate taking care of Ryan, their daughter, and home. Those that know Liz would never guess this to be the case because of her amazing attitude and work ethic. Ryan too, even with his serious health issues, continues to do whatever he can for his wife and child while looking for a work-from-home job. He was laid off a while back due to his company relocating his department to China. There are links to stress as being a contributor to some of his health crises. He is getting support for all of these things. His humility is commendable, as is his love and care of “his girls.” Yet, the family really needs some support financially. <strong>Thank you for considering helping. It means the world to them, and those of us that have the privilege of doing life with them.</strong>
