Support the Helms

So this is my very best friend in the universe and her husband. I met her on our very first day of high school in our homeroom and we became fast friends :)
We have been by each others sides through the births of my 3 kids, losing her grandmother and my father and 2 divorces.
Fast forward to yesterday when Brian is, as usual, helping someone. Sadly, an accident occured. Brian fell off a 40 foot roof and completely shattered his spine. The doctors have told him he will never walk again. I wish to believe different, but to get to that point they will need help. 
As we all know in this day and age insurance coverage is sparse at best.  Because of this, I am asking for some help  for these two, as they have touched so many lives and have so many wonderful friends. They would be by anyone's side whom they love to do  whatever is needed. I know because they have done it for me. 
The amount of medical bills from the surgery, ICU stay, transport back to Pittsburgh and rehab are going to be extremely high.
Please give what you can to help them, as every little bit helps. In addition, please keep the prayers coming because miracles do happen.
