The Gorton family, beloved members of the Upstate New York community, are facing an unimaginable challenge. Rebekah Gorton, a devoted wife and mother, was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of inflammatory breast cancer that has already begun to spread. She started chemotherapy on September 5th, and the road ahead will be long and difficult. Rebekah, her husband Cory, and their children Nataleigh, Gunnar, and Amelia have always been a source of positivity and support for those around them, whether cheering on the Adirondack Thunder or bringing joy to local events. Their kindness and generosity have touched many lives, and now they need our help more than ever.

The costs of cancer treatment are overwhelming, and the Gorton family is facing mounting medical bills, travel expenses for hospital visits, and the possibility of trips to Boston to see specialists. With Rebekah unable to work during her treatment, everyday living expenses like rent, groceries, and childcare are also a concern. The need for support is immediate, and every donation will help ease the financial burden so the Gortons can focus on Rebekah’s health and being together as a family.

By rallying around the Gortons, we can show them they are not alone in this fight. Your contribution will go directly toward medical bills, travel for treatment, and essential living costs. Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help Rebekah and her family through this difficult time. Together, we can make a real difference and give the Gortons the strength they need to face the challenges ahead.
