<div>Dear Beloved Community,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We greet you with love and gratitude from the heart of Brooklyn, where the First Church of Latter Rain has been a beacon of hope, faith, and compassion for over four decades. Our historic church has stood as a symbol of unity, resilience, and unwavering dedication to the spiritual well-being of our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we embark on a transformative journey, we come to you with a vision that surpasses the boundaries of our sacred walls. The First Church of Latter Rain is more than a place of worship; it's a cornerstone of our community, a sanctuary that has nurtured generations and provided solace in times of joy and sorrow.

</div>
<div><strong><em>Why Do We Need Your Support?</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Our church is in need of a renewal that goes beyond just the physical building. We aim to create a space that not only preserves our rich history but also evolves to meet the evolving needs of our community. The $5 million fundraiser will enable us to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1. <strong>Preserve Our Legacy:</strong> Preserve and restore the historic features of our church so future generations can enjoy the beauty of this sacred space.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2. <strong>Expand Community Programs:</strong> Develop and enhance programs that address the
</div>
<div>pressing needs of our community, including educational initiatives, mental health support, and resources for those facing economic challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>3. <strong>Upgrade Technological Infrastructure:</strong> Upgrade our technology to better connect with our congregation, especially now when staying engaged online has become a vital part of how we worship and communicate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>4. <strong>Enhance Accessibility:</strong> Make our church more accessible to all, ensuring that everyone, regardless of physical abilities, feels welcomed and included in our spiritual gathering.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>5.<strong> Create a Sustainable Future:</strong> Incorporate eco-friendly practices into our church's reconstruction to reduce our carbon footprint and help protect the environment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>The Impact of Your Contribution</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Your support goes beyond monetary value; it's an investment in the spiritual, educational, and social well-being of our community. Together, we can create a place that reflects our faith and inspires positive change in our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Join Us on This Journey</em></strong>
</div>
<div>As we reach out to you, we ask for your generosity, prayers, and support. Your contribution, no matter the size, will be instrumental in making the First Church of Latter Rain a place that continues to uplift, inspire, and nurture the hearts and souls of our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, let's build a future to ensure the First Church of Latter Rain continues to be a shining light of God's love and grace for generations to come.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>May your generosity be blessed abundantly,
</div>
