With heavy hearts, we share the heartbreaking news of the sudden passing of our beloved friend, brother, and colleague, Williams Jacob Okpe, fondly known as Big Willy. He left us far too soon on Sunday, 18th May 2025, at the age of 38.

Williams was a bright light to everyone who knew him, vibrant, selfless, and full of life. A proud and active member of the NYSC Presidential Award Association, he was always at the forefront of progress, championing unity, leading celebrations, and uplifting everyone around him. He lived a life of joy, service, and compassion.

He was also a committed member of RCCG His Presence Assembly in Manchester, where his faith, generosity, and kindness continued to touch lives deeply.

Williams had a rare gift for putting others first. He loved children, cherished his friends and family, and was always ready to lend a helping hand, no matter the cost. His passing leaves a space that words alone cannot fill.

Tragically, Williams was an only child who had already lost both parents. He now leaves behind:

• A 3-year-old son

• A pregnant wife, expecting their second child.

• His elderly grandmother, whom he cared for with great love.

We are coming together to raise funds to support the young family he left behind, covering immediate needs, funeral arrangements, and helping secure a stable future for his children.
