<div>My name is Ganna Stogniy, and on September 18, 2025, my beloved husband, Vadym Mukiienko, tragically lost his life while delivering materials to a construction site in Tacoma, Washington. Two heavy pipes fell on him during unloading.

<div>Vadym came to the U.S. with me and our two children at the end of 2023, seeking safety and a new beginning. From the very beginning, he was our only provider. He worked so hard—first as a forklift driver, then as a truck driver after earning his CDL. He was incredibly careful, always committed to safety, and dedicated to giving us a better future.

<div>Since his passing, our family is devastated. I am currently studying to continue my medical education in the U.S., while our younger son is still in school. Without Vadym, it is very difficult to manage daily living expenses and funeral costs. On top of that, our humanitarian parole documents will expire in just two months, and the renewal decision is still pending, which makes everything even harder.

<div>Вадим приїхав до США разом зі мною та двома нашими дітьми наприкінці 2023 року, у пошуку безпеки та нового життя. Від самого початку він був єдиним годувальником у нашій родині. Він працював дуже багато — спочатку водієм навантажувача, а згодом, отримавши CDL, водієм вантажівки. Він завжди був уважним, обережним і робив усе, щоб ми мали краще майбутнє.

<div>Після його смерті ми залишилися спустошені. Я навчаюся, продовжуючи здобувати медичну освіту в США, а наш молодший син ще в школі. Без Вадима нам дуже важко впоратися з витратами на життя та похорон. До того ж, термін дії наших документів за програмою U4U закінчується вже за два місяці, а рішення щодо продовження ще не надійшло, що робить ситуацію ще складнішою.
