<div>Hi, my name is Alyssa Zander and I have been a writer since I was a little girl. The pen and paper would listen when it seemed like no one else would. My hope is that you see yourself in the pages of this book. That you come away with a deeper inner-standing of who you are, and even more so who you are not, who you have never been but have been illusioned to believe. That you see the wholeness of you with compassion. That the veil is lifted and for maybe the first time since your birth you remember and know who you truly are.

<div>In the winter of 2020, as the world was celebrating a New Year, I was cocooned in my meditation room feeling lost and alone asking for guidance. The book dropped in and I ignored it. I truly feared the grandiosity of the life I watched play before my eyes and I wasn’t ready.

<div>Fast forward to early summer 2022, when I finally took a leap in my business as a Codependency Coach full time. A year and a half of me stepping into my soul mission and helping women around the globe heal the mother wound through group healing spaces and one-on-one support. I felt like this embodied Mother, holding space and compassion for the children within all of us, and teaching others how to do the same. And then, one morning during my morning practice, the book peeked its head in again. I welcomed its presence, like an old friend. This time she was a bit loud, and stern. She said to me “Seven days, Alyssa. All I need is seven days, it is already written. Now.” That was when I saw the visions of the channeled text. This was meant to be a co-creation with Mother Earth, and she had already written her part. She was ready to move it through me.

<div>And still, I ignored it. This time, I thought my ignorance would be my bliss, as the saying goes. It wasn’t, though. The more I pushed it off, the more I felt like there was a damp blanket over my flame. And I was the damp blanket. Two months later, she dropped in again. This time, I felt like there was no other option. It had to be written. Now. I booked five days away along the Columbia River Gorge. As I walked and communed with Mother Earth she reminded me that this is a co-creation. She invited me to put my words, heart, and writings into this book. Overwhelmed with gratitude, I sit here with this co-created text with Mother Earth and see the absolute beauty in all that has unfolded. My life in these pages, her healing salve interwoven through the text.

<div>This is about reconciling with the Mother within and creating that safety you always deserved. We are the bridge between The Mothers. We are the creation of the two; The Primordial (Cosmic) Mother, and Mother Earth. As I channeled her, which you will find her in the italicized writings throughout this book, there was an overwhelming sensation of being held. There was no fixing or judging in her words, they were like ancient truths landing in my heart.
