<div>Jeff was a pillar of strength, compassion, and dedication to his family and community. His deep love for his wife Cari, their three children, and grandchildren was evident in every aspect of his life. Jeff spent decades serving others, both professionally as an environmental scientist and personally through volunteer work, scouting, and local involvement in Colchester and throughout Connecticut. He gave selflessly, and now, in this time of loss, we have the opportunity to give back.
