His enthusiasm for life was infectious, whether he was playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends, celebrating a touchdown, or working side by side on home projects. Chris was truly larger than life—a mentor and friend who left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Chris leaves behind his life partner and five precious children, <span style="font-family:inherit;font-size:1rem;color:inherit;">Maddex, Addie, Tillie, Mila, and Violet, ranging in age from 16 years old to just 18 months. In the wake of this tragedy, the Dredge family must relocate back to Utah from Michigan to be closer to extended family and support. They are facing significant expenses, including the transportation of Chris back to Utah, funeral costs, living expenses, and child support during this painful time. The need is urgent, and every contribution will help ease the burden on this family as they work to rebuild and honor Chris’s legacy.</span>
