<div>Michael is an amazing person. He is a dedicated father, husband, and prosecutor. He is always putting others before himself; always the first one to volunteer help. He is guided by his faith and his family in all that he does.

<div>Three years ago, Michael married someone equally as amazing. Kelsea is the definition of super mom. She balances a full-time job with raising four beautiful girls, three of which she is homeschooling as well! Despite all that they are going through, Kelsea is always the first person to offer an ear to listen.

<div>Speaking of those four girls, Brielle, the oldest, is the best big sister. She is always the first to volunteer to watch and play with the kids.

<div>Brynlie is such a sweet, nurturing girl who is always bringing joy to the conversation.

<div>Blaire is such a kind girl who always brings joy and adventure.

<div>Blakely is the sweetest, happiest baby, always sharing a smile. She brought joy into the Chaney family when she was born in January of this year. With the smile on her face, you wouldn’t even know that she is being evaluated for a rare overgrowth syndrome called Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome (BWS). While she awaits genetic testing and appointments with some specialists, she is being treated as though she has the syndrome. She will be undergoing bloodwork every 6 weeks and ultrasounds every 12 weeks to screen for Wilms Tumors and Hepatoblastomas as the risk of these types of cancers is about 7.5% in kids with BWS.

<div>Medical bills are already starting. Add in the costs of transporting sweet Blakely to Chapel Hill for testing with the sacrificed work hours to do it and it has left the Chaneys in a difficult financial position. It takes a village to raise a family, and we’re going to bring their village together to raise them up.
