<div>Our hearts are heavy as we share the story of Sergio Ayala Mejia, a loving husband and devoted father of three young children — Ashley (11), who has autism, Liam Gael (4), and Ailany, a newborn baby who was only ten days old when Sergio was taken from his family.

<div>Sergio was recently detained and deported, leaving his wife to care for their children alone in the United States. Overnight, their lives were turned upside down. Sergio worked tirelessly to provide stability, love, and a better future for his family. He dreamed of being present for every milestone — especially as a father to his newest child — but after only ten precious days together, he was forced to leave them behind.

<div>Now, his wife faces unimaginable challenges: caring for a newborn, a young child, and a daughter with special needs, all while trying to find stability and support without income.
