<div>This nonprofit has been a long time coming. It was born out of my work and vision at Mind Body Align PDX, where I’ve spent years walking alongside clinicians and clients through trauma, healing, parenting, and burnout. Over time, it became clear: people don’t just need therapy—they need a system of support, a place to land, reconnect with their bodies, and feel safe being exactly who they are.

<div>We’re building a community-rooted mental health and wellness nonprofit that offers trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing (like Pilates and mindfulness practices), and integrative care that centers veterans, new parents, queer folks, and communities that have historically been left behind by traditional systems.

<div>But that’s not all—we’re also creating a space for training and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. As a clinical supervisor, I’m passionate about helping new social workers and therapists learn to show up fully—ethically, skillfully, and with deep compassion. We’re building something that goes beyond minimum licensure requirements. This is about growing truly excellent, trauma-informed providers who reflect the communities we serve. Offering advanced training opportunities and ongoing growth is our jam.

<div>Right now, we’re in our startup phase—transitioning from a successful privately owned group practice to a fully realized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your donation will help us:

<div>•	Launch free and sliding scale therapy groups, classes, and sessions
</div>
<div>•	Support veterans and parents in their healing journeys
</div>
<div>•	Purchase basic equipment (Pilates reformer, supplies, tech)
</div>
<div>•	Cover early-stage costs like insurance, space, licensing, and outreach
</div>
<div>•	Build out a high-quality supervision and training program for pre-licensed clinicians

<div>We are currently awaiting final 501(c)(3) status, and all donations will be treated as tax-deductible charitable contributions. We’ll gladly provide documentation/receipts for your records.
