Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues and Baseball Enthusiasts:

The Allied Gardens Little League 8-10 All-Stars baseball team have won the District 33 and Section 6 tournaments. The boys played with determination and respect for the game and fans in this run have represented their League and District 33 well. They are now headed to the Southern California State Championship Tournament in Palmdale July 22nd to July 26th to represent Section 6. This is going to be a costly trip for the coaches and families so the team is trying to raise money to offset these costs. The biggest costs will be on the hotels and will get even more costly if the team advances in the Tournament bracket and plays through the week. There are 13 players on the team plus families so expenses will add up quickly.

We have a very short time before the team travels. They leave for Palmdale next Saturday morning.

All donations, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for anything that you can do to help our young AGLL boys with this lifetime experience.

If you are unable to donate, please pray for this AGLL team as well as other teams in the tourament, for their safety and sportsmanship in the games. Prayers will help.....and maybe some ice :)......it is going to very hot.

Any donation surplus will be provided to Allied Gardens Little League (AGLL) for betterment of kids in our community. AGLL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Federal Tax ID 23-7067279). Since 1957, AGLL has positively impacted the lives of thousands of kids and families in the Allied Gardens community and surrounding areas. The Mission of AGLL is to develop athletic skills, sportsmanship, and citizenship of the youth in our community in a manner that allows for competitiveness in a physically and emotionally safe environment, and would not be able to do this without outstanding supporters like you. AGLL is run entirely by volunteers.
