<div>Help My Family After a Tragic Brooklyn NYC Fire
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi, my name is Terrance Parks. I live with my mom, sisters, one of whom is severely autistic and requires assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>On November 6, 2025, a fire at our residence in Brooklyn destroyed all that we had. We are deeply grateful that no one was hurt, but the loss is still devastating. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our documents, clothes, medical supplies, furniture, work equipment and supplies, everything we had, gone but the clothes on our backs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Red Cross has coordinated temporary hotel stays but that time is increasingly limited.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To make matters even harder, our family’s situation was already fragile. I’ve been barely managing to keep my wrestling studio afloat and my sister, a nurse, was tragically injured earlier this year at a major hospital. She has been on medical leave, with ongoing specialist treatments, and unable to provide her usual financial support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our home also served as the home office base for our health, wellness, and fitness initiatives, providing support and supplies to families, the disabled, and youth long before this tragedy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>We are now facing major costs because of what was lost, including:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>* Replacement of destroyed furniture, clothing, and essential items</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>* Home office and medical supplies/equipment</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>* Temporary housing and utility expenses</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>* Legal and housing stabilization assistance</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>*Other costs and filings related to our residence</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a collegiate and post-collegiate wrestler, and with my sister—an injured nurse—still caring for our elderly mother and my autistic sister, were doing everything we can to keep our family strong.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your generosity will help stabilize our situation and allow us to continue serving the communities that have always been our focus.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to restoring stability and renewing hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting us during this heartbreaking time. We will keep this page updated as the situation evolves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
