Funeral Arrangements

The family of Teanna Jackson is humbly asking for your love, prayers, and support during an incredibly difficult time.

Teanna is a proud mother of 11 and grandmother of 1 whose infectious laugh and radiant smile could light up any room. She has always been the heart of her home—full of strength, resilience, and unconditional love. Two years ago, Teanna was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Despite the devastating diagnosis, she remained courageous and strong, even delivering her youngest child, Tyme, early due to complications.

Since then, Teanna has continued to fight with everything she has—raising her children and holding her family together with grace and determination. Sadly, her condition has recently worsened, and she has now been placed on hospice care.

Though the road ahead is uncertain, Teanna continues to fight. Our family is doing everything we can to prepare for her transition, while also ensuring her children are cared for and supported through this heartbreaking time. Unfortunately her life insurance lapsed and we are now asking for help. Our goal is to take her and her children back to her hometown of Chicago, Illinois where she Will rest peacefully with friends and family.

We are reaching out to our community, friends, and extended family to ask for any assistance—whether it's financial support, a prayer, or simply sharing this message. Every contribution, big or small, will go directly toward end-of-life preparations and supporting her children in the days ahead.
