In a single moment, life changed forever. 
 
 
 Taylor Vugteveen was recently involved in a devastating boating accident, leaving the Vugteveen family facing an unexpected journey. While we are incredibly thankful that Taylor is receiving excellent medical care, the road ahead will be long and challenging. Recovery will require much more than time. There will be ongoing medical needs, rehabilitation, therapies, and long-term care. 
 
 
 As the family focuses on Taylor's healing, they will also face the overwhelming financial burden that accompanies such a life-changing event. This fundraiser has been created to help ease those financial pressures so the Vugteveens can devote their hearts and energy to what matters most, supporting Taylor through every step of recovery. Every donation will help with medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, future care needs, and the many unforeseen expenses that come with long-term recovery. 
 
 
 The Vugteveen family is so grateful for the incredible outpouring of love, encouragement, and support they have already received. Most of all, they are thankful for the countless prayers being lifted on Taylor's behalf. As Taylor prepares for surgery on Tuesday 8/3 to amputate her right foot, they humbly ask that you continue praying for God's healing hand to be upon Taylor, for wisdom and guidance for the doctors and therapists, for strength and peace for the entire family, and for hope to sustain them through each day of this journey.
