<div>On August 2nd, 2025, Tavon Moore—an officer with the Mississippi Highway Patrol—was involved in a serious on-duty accident on the Coast. His injuries were significant, and according to doctors, his road to recovery is expected to take months.

<div>Tavon is not only a dedicated law enforcement officer but also a loving husband and father to three young children. This unexpected tragedy has turned his family’s world upside down. His wife and children are doing their best to stay strong, but the emotional and financial toll is immense. They are now facing the emotional and financial strain of a long recovery journey—one expected to take several months—which includes frequent travel to and from the hospital, time away from work, and a growing list of expenses.
