<div>We are coming together to support a truly compassionate and dedicated pediatric registered nurse, Tasha Pounds, who has spent the last 23 years caring for children and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Recently, while doing the job she loves, Tasha was the victim of a traumatic workplace assault. As a result, she sustained serious injuries, including a severe concussion, broken nose, and neurological damage. These injuries have left her unable to work while she focuses on healing physically and emotionally.

Now, she needs our help. During this difficult time, she also the financial strain of lost income and while medical bills directly related to the incident should be covered, she must still pay her share of insurance premiums for her family. This fundraiser is intended to help ease that burden so she can focus fully on healing without the added stress of financial uncertainty.
