Tankstation provides a space in which every Tuesday and Thursday a beautiful community comes together. Thanks to our amazing volunteer crew and your presence, we have built a physical and mental space for inclusivity, respect, exchange, fun, food and creativity.
The current situation is unprecedented for Tankstation and our physical space must remain closed for a while. Our vibrant and heartwarming community will be more important than ever during these unpredictable and disconcerting times. This will come with new challenges that we can all tackle together. Let’s come up with new ways to stay together. We can strengthen our virtual community and continue to “Give & Take” solidarity, music, art, creative ideas, and food.
Tankstation is a non-profit that has always depended on your volunteer work and contributions to maintain our space and projects. We charge as little as possible for food and spend everything we have on regular programming. We don’t have the capacity to meet the uncertainty of the next few weeks without your help.
To meet these challenges, we are asking for donations that will keep us afloat in the short term and enable us to adapt our programs to the current situation and increase our virtual presence, making it possible for us to continue engaging with our wonderful community.
