Tammy Chung is a beloved Montgomery County middle school teacher who has touched the lives of countless students and families. For over a year, Tammy and her family have been facing an incredibly difficult journey as her husband battles cancer. Recently, doctors have informed Tammy that her husband is in his final days, and the emotional and financial toll has become overwhelming.

 As a dedicated teacher, Tammy has limited paid time off and is now faced with the heartbreaking decision of how to spend her remaining days with her husband while also caring for their young child. On top of these challenges, the family is struggling with mounting medical expenses related to her husband's care. The weight of these responsibilities, combined with ongoing costs, has left Tammy in urgent need of support from her community.
