Support Tahulla's Urgent Car Repair Needs

Hello. My name is Tahulla and I am in need of emergency help with repairs for my one and only vehicle. I use my vehicle for work, but on October 26, 2024 my SUV started to leak fuel. I was able to get it home safety, but the repairs are out of my budget, and my insurance doesn't cover costs like this.

A decent amount of hardship has come about even though I try to over come them. My household expenses increased this month, plus a lot of unexpected health issues. Earlier this year, my stable forms of employment ended. A few business and social opportunities did not come into fruition, but doing odd jobs such as Doordash hasn't provided much support. There is an up and down period when try to gain new marketing and consulting clients, students for my dance students, and community outreach. This puts a lot of wear and tear on my vehicle, along with trying to interview for a more stable form of employment. (But I am not giving up.)

Having my vehicle up and running helps me meet several deadline, keep safe, and have a roof over my head. The area where I live doesn't have public transportation, and almost no Uber/Lyft services. At this time I am not able to rent a vehicle.

My lovely is an older hybrid. Most places won't look at it because it's a hybrid so I normally have to take it to Toyota. Projected repair costs are around $3,200 which includes the diagnostic fee, replacement parts, labor, and taxes. Trading it in or make payments is not an option at this time.

Usually, I am the person people call when they need a help, rides, or moving. Unfortunately, I don't have someone to lend me a vehicle or take me around all the places I need to go. Nor am I able to relocate to a place where there is public transportation.

Rent is due for my household in a few days plus a lot of other expenses. I have a few doctors appointments to make within the next week and some jobs interviews/applications I have to do in person.
