All donations go completely to Students4Climate Justice Uganda. CBA only is hosting this fundraiser, because CBA is a mixed global south-north group. Gofundme fundraisers can only be hosted by people from western country. This is one of the bad discriminating structures in fundraising. <div>We are a students movement from Uganda deeply concerned about the ecological and climate change the world is facing. We are young people who care about our future, parents defending their children, grandparents rebelling for life.

<div>Why do we exist?

<div>A long history of burning fossil fuels and land exploitation has led us to worsening climate impacts - recurring environmental disasters, floods, droughts, fires, and crop failures globally. In Uganda Students4Climate Justice aims to rally a critical mass of young people to protect their communities and our climate through non - violent resistance.

<div>We are advocating for a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, this is a proposal to rapidly start the phaseout of fossil fuels.
</div>
<div>Our major aim is to put an end to the expansion of fossil fuel production, phasing out existing fossil fuel production fairly and a globally just transition to clean energy systems.
</div>
<div>The aim is to focus at universities and calling on leaders to embrace the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty.
</div>

<div>- Creative actions on University cultural gallers
</div>
<div>- Embrassing the Fossil Fuel Treaty on social media platforms.
</div>
<div>- Organizing meetings with students forums
</div>
<div>- Presenting a students signed petition to the vice chancellor calling to address the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty
</div>
<div>- Organizing peacefully protests and disruptions of lectures in Universities to express our need for the Fossil Fuel Treaty.
