VB Staff is raising support for behavioral technicians who are standing together on the strike line and fighting for the respect and fair treatment they deserve. These workers are speaking out because they need <strong>safe working conditions</strong>, accountability from leadership, and a $1 raise after going more than four years without recorded raises. This strike comes from ongoing concerns that have been left unaddressed for far too long, and now these behavioral technicians are taking a stand for dignity, fairness, and a safer workplace for everyone.

 Donations to this fund will help cover materials costs and event planning so the group can continue organizing and showing up strong throughout the strike. The members have already put in $500 of their own money to help feed a rally and support a homeless shelter, showing their commitment not only to one another, but also to their wider community. Now they are asking others to stand with them.
