<div>In January 2021, Lauren and Steve received the devastating news that Steve was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, which had also spread to his liver. Steve underwent surgeries to remove the cancerous tumors, and by November of 2021, they celebrated as Steve entered remission.

<div>However, their joy was short-lived. Cancer reared its head again, spreading to Steve's brain and bones, and he is now under palliative care. But amidst this renewed battle, there's a new ray of hope. Lauren and Steve are expecting their baby girl, Charlotte.
