<div>With deep admiration for his strength and resilience, I’m reaching out to rally support for my brother-in-law, Stephen Hales - a devoted father, husband, friend and fellow Tabler - who has been courageously battling cancer for the past three years, though now it has unfortunately progressed to stage 4.

<div>Throughout this journey, Stephen has faced immense challenges, undergoing proton beam therapy, multiple rounds of chemotherapy, brain surgery, immunotherapy and even a hip operation just a week ago. Yet, through it all, he has remained a fighter - determined, positive and unwavering in his resolve.

<div>As Stephen focuses on his well-being and spending precious time with his family, I would like to offer support in any way we can. One of his immediate needs is an inclusive family bathroom, as well as an orthopaedic chair to ensure his comfort. To help ease this transition, I’ll be personally doing the bathroom renovations, and any contributions will go directly toward materials and making his home as comfortable as possible.

<div>Stephen has always been someone who gives back - whether through his service as an on-call firefighter, TA reservist, or Cub Scout Leader, or his countless hours volunteering for fundraisers. He has dedicated so much of his life to helping others, and now, we have an opportunity to show him the same care and generosity.
