<div>On July 11th, our dear friend Spencer suddenly experienced a massive seizure while working on a Zoom call with colleagues. Thankfully, he was visiting his family in Utah at the time — his mother is medically trained and was able to act quickly and rushed him to the nearest ER.

<div>During Spencer's hospitalization, scans revealed a large brain tumor, encompassing a third of his right hemisphere. This came as a terrible shock, especially considering that at age 31, Spencer has had no previous symptoms and appeared perfectly healthy prior to his grand mal seizure. <strong>He has undergone brain surgery to remove the tumor, and we are waiting for biopsy results and subsequent treatment plan.</strong>

<div>Leading up to this unexpected medical emergency, Spencer has been a devoted partner to his wife, a reliable and caring friend, and an incredible designer, recognized among colleagues and the industry for his remarkable talent and hard work.

<div>In addition to medical expenses, the unfortunate reality is that <strong>Spencer may no longer have the capacity to continue the career he has worked so hard to cultivate. </strong>While we're hoping for a full recovery, it will still be a long journey getting there.
